Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your goods, which we obviously regret, or need to exchange an item for a different size, you may return your order within 14 days following the date that you receive the goods. In order to receive a refund to your credit card, you must abide by the following instructions. If you would like to have any assistance, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Terms & Guidelines
- Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly state your name, address, order number, bank details.
- The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods and not the shipping costs
- If you require another size or color, or if you prefer an alternative item(s) then you can place a new order and return the original item(s) to us for a refund.
- All Items must be in original, re-salable condition.
- In case of any marks on a product that indicate that the product is used, or a defective product packaging (not the shipping box/envelope), the purchase is not refundable.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- Please note that returns that are insufficiently stamped, will not be processed.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Return in our store
You are very welcome to deliver your return(s) at our store in Amsterdam-C: Utrechtsestraat 118.
Bring the packing slip and the product to the store. You can immediately pick something else from the store. The store can not refund you your money. This will be refunded on your account of your original payment method.
In case of a return you will receive the payment of your purchase, not including delivery costs for initial shipment, as soon as possible and within 14 days after you have selected to use the right of return.
You bear the costs and risks for the return shipment and have the responsibility to safely return the purchased. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.
Exclusion of right to return

- Sale items
We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item we advise you to return the unwanted item(s) and make a new order for the item(s) or size(s) you prefer.
Damaged/ Mis-shipped Items
While we package your order with utmost care, damage might, unfortunately, still occur. In the highly unlikely event your order got damaged during the shipping process and arrives flawed, please notify us immediately, either via phone or email. Also, please send us a photo of the damaged item in the original state you received it in; this will help speed up the compensation process.
When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product, along with compensation return-shipping costs, will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs within 14 days.
